Join me for a Breath and Sound Experience where we will begin by exploring the depth of a full, 360-degree breath…what it looks like, how it feels, and how it supports us. Through intentional breath mechanics exercises, we will cultivate awareness and ease in our breath before gently transitioning into an Active Breath meditation: a rhythmic inhale into the belly, an inhale into the chest and a soft exhale through the mouth. Together, we will "climb the mountain," allowing the breath to energize and expand us before arriving at the peak. From there, I will guide you down with the soothing resonance of crystal alchemy bowls and other sound instruments, inviting you into a state of deep rest, release and renewal.
